This page shows how HelpBalloon.js 2.0 detects when
Traditional Image Maps:
Assign the balloon to an html <AREA>'s ID attribute. HelpBalloon.js will detect this and use the
client's (mouse) x/y position as the anchor point for the balloon. I put 9 maps on here so you can see it still works
with window scrolling.
